KAMG Management Corporation was founded by Jay Petersen in 1987 to manage and develop commercial properties in the South Puget Sound area. Today KAMG is one of the largest commercial property management companies in the Pierce County Washington area.

Jay Petersen is the founder and Designated Broker of KAMG Management and has been active in the Pierce County commercial real estate market since 1980. Jay is a graduate of Charles Wright Academy and the University of Puget Sound and completed the MBA program at Pacific Lutheran University. Past positions include Sales Manager at the Riley-Griffin Company and Asset Manager at Northwest Building LLC. Jay has served on the Board of Trustees for Charles Wright Academy, Lakewold Gardens, and Tacoma Goodwill Industries.
